There are all the usual appliances you would find in a well fitted kitchen electric kettle, toaster, electric tin opener etc.

Sitting Room - television (satellite) concealed in pine cabinet with DVD Player and Video Player, spiral staircase leading to gallery, antique finish pine table and dining chairs, comfortable deep seated sofa and 2 arm chairs, coffee table, large window with window seat.

For a good walk over the fields there is a right of way into Hook Norton or if you want something less energetic have a stroll round our own land -with a stop at the pond if you need a rest!
